Exchanges

We are pleased to announce we NOW offer exchanges. Please email us at encouragesomeone@royalkind.org to begin your exchange.

 

Exchanges must be started within 20 days of the delivery date. 

 

Returns

Returns must be started within 20 days of the delivery date. Please email us at encouragesomeone@royalkind.org to begin your return.

 

If you utilize any other labels or addresses that you have found that we did not provide to you, we will not permit a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Shipping and Route Protection are non-refundable.

 

Refunded funds may take 5-10 business days to show up on your method of purchase (credit or debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.)

 

If your item was bought using a Store Credit , please contact us at encouragesomeone@royalkind.org.

 

Items on sale are non-refundable, but you may exchange them or return them for store credit, so please contact us via email.

 

In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty or incorrect please reach out to our customer service team via email.

Please include the order #, the name you ordered under, and photos of incorrect or damaged items. We will need these to help process a replacement order for you.

 

Returning a bundle: all items within the bundle must be returned for the bundle to be applicable for a refund. (Example: just returning one sticker or one pack of stickers from a multi-item bundle will not be applicable for a refund of any kind.)

 

Sale Orders

Items on sale are non-refundable, but you may exchange them or return them for store credit, so please contact us via email.

Ex. Black Friday, Any Clearance Sale

Promo Codes / Prices
Only one promo code per order. Be sure you applied the desired promo code before placing the order.

 

We are very sorry about this, but we do not apply missed promo codes on orders. There are promo codes provided when you subscribe to our newsletter. We do apologize for this inconvenience. The price your order was processed for is final and we do not have the ability to retroactively change the order.

 

Prices are subject to change. We do not apply sale prices to past orders or price match for future sales.
